Report of the Working Group (WG) to revisit theproduct structure of Title Insurance

स्वत्व(टाइटल) बीमाउत्पादवर्तमान मेंभारतीय बाजारमें केवल कुछसाधारणबीमाकर्ताओंद्वारा पेशकिये जा रहेहैं। इनउत्पादों की विशेषताएँजैसे नियम वशर्तें, कवरेजका क्षेत्रइत्यादि,एक बीमाकर्ताऔर दूसरेबीमाकर्ताद्वारा पेशउत्पादों मेंभिन्न होतीहैं। इसलिएबाजार कीजरूरतों कीपड़ताल करने औरस्वत्व(टाइटल) बीमाउत्पादों कीसंरचना के संबंधमेंअनुशंसाएँकरने के लिएप्राधिकरण द्वाराआदेश संदर्भ:आईआरडीएआई/एनएल/ओआरडी/पीआरओ/ 180/10/2019दिनांकित 1अक्तूबर, 2019द्वारा एककार्यकारीसमूह का गठनकिया गया।

Title Insurance products are currently offeredby only a few General Insurers in the Indian market. The features of theseproducts, namely the terms and conditions, scope of coverage etc vary frominsurer to insurer. In order to examine the needs of the market and makerecommendations with regard to the structure of title insurance products, theAuthority set up a Working Group vide order Ref: IRDAI/NL/ORD/PRO/180/10/2019 dated1^thOctober 2019.

कार्यकारीसमूह ने अपनीरिपोर्टप्रस्तुत कीहै जिसमेंउसने स्वत्व(टाइटल) बीमाके लिए दो नयीउत्पादसंरचनाओंसहित विभिन्नअनुशंसाएँ कीहैं।

The Working Group has submitted its report inwhich it has made various recommendations, including two newproduct structures for Title Insurance.

कार्यकारीसमूह कीरिपोर्ट सभीहितधारकों से बहुमूल्यसुझाव माँगनेहेतु अबवेबसाइट पर रखीगयी है। कृपयाअपने सुझावनीचे दिये गयेप्रारूप मेंएक प्रति pradeep.singh@irdai.gov.in. को अंकितकरते हुए 31 मई, 2021तक या पूर्व nl-products@irdai.gov.inको भेजें।
