Re: Report of the WorkingGroup (WG) to examine and recommend linking of motor insurance premium withtraffic violations. 

ट्रैफिकउल्लंघनों केसाथ मोटर बीमाप्रीमियम कोजोड़ने,की जाँच / औरअनुशंसा करनेके लिएप्राधिकरण ने आदेश, संदर्भ: आईआरडीएआई/एनएल/ओआरडी/एमआईएससी/153/09/ 2019 दिनांकित 6 सितंबर, 2019द्वारा एककार्यकारीसमूह का गठनकिया गया था,

A Working Groupwas set up by the Authority vide order Ref: IRDAI/NL/ORD/MISC/153/09/2019 dated 6^th September,2019 to examine andrecommend linking of motor insurance premium with traffic violations.

कार्यकारीसमूह ने अपनीरिपोर्ट औरपरिशिष्टप्रस्तुतकिया जिसमेंउसने विभिन्नअनुशंसाएँकीं।

The Working Grouphas submitted its report and addendum in which it has made variousrecommendations.

हम अबरिपोर्ट औरकार्यकारीसमूह कीरिपोर्ट कापरिशिष्ट पेशकरते है औरसभीहिताधिकारियोंसे, रिपोर्टमें की गयीअनुशंसाओं केसंबंध में बहुमूल्यसुझावों कीमाँग करतेहैं। कृपयासंलग्नप्रारूप मेंअपने सुझाव, 1फरवरी, 2021 तक याउससे पूर्व, एक प्रति sagar.bangal@irdai.gov.in. को भेजतेहुए nl-products@irdai.gov.in कोभेजें।

Wenow place the report and addendum to the report of the Working Group and seekthe valuable inputs of all stakeholders on the recommendations made in thereport. Please give your feedback in the attached format on or before 1^st February,2021 to nl-products@irdai.gov.in with a copy marked to sagar.bangal@irdai.gov.in.
