Sub: Extension of time limit applicable to Public Disclosures onwebsites

प्राधिकरणने,बीमाकर्ताओंद्वारासंबंधित वेबसाइटोंपर निर्दिष्टप्रारूपोंमें वित्तीयऔर अन्यजानकारीप्रदर्शितकरने के लिएनिर्देश जारीकिये हैं,संदर्भपरिपत्रसंदर्भ आईआरडीए/एफएंडआई/सीआईआर/एफएण्डए/012/01/2010 दिनांकित 28जनवरी, 2010 । इसीप्रकार,प्राधिकरण नेबीमाकर्ताओंको बीएपीपोर्टल केमाध्यम सेविभिन्नऑनलाइन विवरणियाँऔर वित्तीयजानकारीभेजना भीअनिवार्यकिया था।

The Authority has issued directionsvide circular ref. IRDA/F&I/CIR/F&A/012/01/2010 dt. 28^thJanuary 2010 for hosting the financial and other information in specifiedformats on the respective websites by insurers. Similarly, the Authority hasalso mandated insurers to furnish various online returns and financialinformation through the BAP Portal.

लॉकडाउनऔर कोविड-19महामारी कोफैलने सेरोकने के लिएलागू किये गयेप्रतिबंधोंको ध्यान मेंरखते हुए प्राधिकरणने कठिनाई कोकम करने केलिए, बीमाकर्ताओंद्वाराविभिन्नविवरणियाँभेजने और अनुपालनोंकी रिपोर्टकरने कीसमय-सीमा कोपहले ही बढ़ादिया हैसंदर्भपरिपत्रसंदर्भआईआरडीएआई/लाइफ/सीआईआर/एमआईएससी/079/04/2020 दिनांक 4अप्रैल, 2020 । 31.03.2020को समाप्तहोने वालीअवधि के लिएसभी तिमाही,अर्धवार्षिकऔर वार्षिकविवरणियाँभेजने कीसमय-सीमा 30दिनों के लिएबढा दी गयीहै।

In view of the lockdown andrestrictions imposed to contain the spread of the COVID 19 pandemic, theAuthority had already extended the time limit for furnishing various returnsand reporting compliances by insurers, vide circular ref.IRDAI/Life/Cir/Misc/079/04/2020 dt. 4^th April, 2020 to mitigate anyhardships. The time limit for furnishing all quarterly, half-yearly and annualreturns for the period ending on 31.03.2020 has been extended by 30 days.

इसकेद्वारा यहस्पष्ट कियाजाता है किबीमाकर्ताओंद्वारा 31मार्च, 2020 कोसमाप्त अवधिके लिएवेबसाइटों परसार्वजनिकप्रकटीकरणोंके संबंध मेंनिर्देशों काअनुपालनसुनिश्चितकरने के लिएसमय-सीमा भी 30 दिनोंके लिए बढा दीगयी है।

It is hereby clarified that thetime limit for ensuring compliance with the directions regarding PublicDisclosures on websites by insurers for the period ending 31^st March2020 is also extended by 30 days.

सभीबीमाकर्ताओंको सलाह दीजाती है कि वेसमय-सीमाओं केसंबंध मेंनिर्देशों कापालन करें औरविनियामकअनुपालनसुनिश्चितकरें।

All insurers are advised to adhereto directions regarding the time limits and ensure regulatory compliance.
