Guidelineson Standardization of General Clauses in Health Insurance Policy Contracts

स्वास्थ्यबीमा पालिसीसंविदाओं कीवाक्यरचनामें एकरूपतालाने के लिएयहप्रस्तावित हैकिक्षतिपूर्तिआधारितस्वास्थ्यउत्पादों कीस्वास्थ्यबीमा पालिसीसंविदाओं मेंसामान्य रूपसे निविष्टकुछ सामान्यखंडों का मानकीकरणकिया जाए। इसउद्देश्य से “स्वास्थ्यबीमा पालिसीसंविदाओँ मेंसामान्यखंडों के मानकीकरणसंबंधीदिशानिर्देशों” परएक एक्सपोज़रप्रारूप जारीकिया जाता हैऔर इसके साथसंलग्न कियाजाता है। सभीहितधारकों सेअनुरोध है किप्रस्तावितदिशानिर्देशोंपर अपनीटिप्पणियाँ/सुझावसंलग्नफार्मेट में 25 जनवरी2020तकप्रेषितकरें।

Inorder to bring in uniformity in the wordings of health insurance policycontracts, it is proposed to standardize some of the general clauses that arecommonly incorporated in the health insurance policy contracts of indemnitybased health products. With this objective, an exposure draft on"Guidelines on Standardization of General Clauses in Health InsurancePolicy Contracts” is issued and attached herewith. All stakeholders arerequested to forward their comments/suggestions on the proposed guidelines by25th January, 2020 in the attached format.
