Nomination of SPoc for IRDAs Business Analytics Application - Reg
The Authority would be implementing the Business Analytics Application (BAP) for monitoring Insurers and facilitating submission of periodical Regulatory Returns electronically.
The above exercise requires proper co-ordination in terms of ‘Data’ to be provided for the Technical team working in developing the Application at IRDA and with the concerned Department at IRDA. In this connection, a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) a Senior Management Executive may be nominated on or before May 03 2012 who shall be responsible for all such co-ordination between your company, IRDA and the Technical Team which is developing the BAP.
Also, you are required to inform us the IT-Incharge under whom your IT Department functions – to whom, if required, the technical details / development issues during the User Acceptance Testing and implementation process would be communicated with a copy marked to SPoC. The SPOCs will be responsible for all information / data and other related issues with respect to BAP. 
You are hereby required to inform the details of SPOCs in the format attached by mail to deepak at irda dot gov dot in.
