Final Selection of Vendor for the GeM Tender RFP No. GEM/2021/B/1408869 dated 27th August 2021- Renewal of 15 WebEx Accounts – Award of Contract

This has reference to GeM Tender RFP No. GEM/2021/B/1408869 dated 27th August 2021- Renewal of 15 WebEx Accounts.

Based on the detailed scrutiny of Technical bids submitted by the bidders and further clarifications provided by the bidders, the following Bidders have been shortlisted for the next stage bidding i.e. financial bid opening.

The financial bids of the above shortlisted bidders opened on 09/09/2021.

Based on the detailed scrutiny of Financial bids submitted by bidders, CONNECTIVITY IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is emerged as the lowest evaluated responsive tender (L1) and accordingly the vendor has been awarded the contract for ₹ 3,63,198.08/- (Three Lakh Sixty-Three Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Eight Rupees Eight Paisa Only) inclusive GST for renewing 15 CISCO WebEx accounts.
