Finalization of Tender for the supply of manpower for IRDAI, New Delhi Regional Office

The Administration Department submitted that Tender for the supply of manpower for IRDAI, New Delhi Regional Office was placed in Central Public Procurement Portal (CPP) of Government of India for EProcurement. Quotations were received from 5 vendors, of these, the following 4 vendors complied with the eligibility requirements and the financial bids of 4 vendors were opened

       I.        Squad 7 Security and Allied Services

     II.        G A Digital Web Word Pvt Ltd

    III.        Bharadwaj & Associates

   IV.        BNK Manifold Services Pvt Ltd

The Committee observed that in terms of Section I B Statutory Obligations of Tender., the vendor has to pay basic rates prescribed by Labour Department, Gazette  Notification, NCT of Delhi and also pay other statutory payments like PF, ESI, Bonus etc. It has been observed that all the 4 vendors have deviated in one or the other item of minimum requirements.

It was informed by the Department that the vendors will be requested to confirm the statutory payments including the basic rates prescribed by Labour Department, Gazette Notification, NCT of Delhi will be paid by them, where the rates quoted are lower than the minimum rates. However, no change in revision of the prices quoted will be allowed. On receipt of confirmation, the matter may be placed before Procurement Committee for consideration.
