Report of the Working Group(WG) for insurance of Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RAPS) Drone Technology

Drone operators have beenlooking for insurance products that suit their protection needs better. AWorking Group was set up by the Authority videorder Ref:IRDAI/NL/ORD/MISC/160/06/2020dated 24.06.2020 to study and understand the insurance needs of RPAS owners andoperators.

The Working Group hassubmitted its report in which it has made various recommendations related tounderwriting of such risks and also recommended certain standard covers to meetthe needs of RAPS owners and operators.
