The Authority has decided to revisit and review the IRDA (Reinsurance Advisory Committee) Regulations, 2001 and proposed to modify some of its provisions. The exposure draft of these regulations is hereby published for seeking comments of the stakeholders/public.

It is requested to submit the comments/suggestions in the attached Feedback format by 29th May, 2019.
