Partial Modification of the provisions of Guidelines on Standardization
Reference is invited to the provisions of Guidelines on Standardization in Health Insurance notified vide ref: IRDA/HLT/REG/CIR/146/07/2016 dated 29th July, 2016. In partial modification, Clause (1) of Chapter V shall be replaced with the following and shall be read as under:
 
(1) “All Yearly returns shall be furnished within 90 days from the close of the Financial Year.”
 
Insurers are advised to make a note of the above and ensure compliance.
