All the applicants enrolled with Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority of India (IRDAI) as Trainee Surveyors upto 30th June, 2015 (Training Enrollment list attached) who have submitted their 3rd quarterly training reports with the Authority are advised to download the application form for Insurance surveyors Examination and submit the same along with the requisite fee to:-

Candidates are advised to appear for the examination only for the respective Departments for which they are enrolled with IRDAI as Trainee Surveyors. Please note that membership of IIISLA (Indian Institute of Insurance Surveyor and Loss Assessors) is a mandatory requirement for all surveyors and loss assessors. All trainee surveyors are advised to obtain student membership from IIISLA.
Surveyors holding valid license enrolled with IRDAI, who have completed their 6 months training by 31st March, 2016 are also eligible to apply for examination, provided he/she has to attach copy of current surveyor license along with his/her enrollment number and date of enrollment with the application form, Repeaters are also eligible for writing examination in May, 2016 in the subjects that they have failed/not applied earlier.

Registration Fees : Rs. 250.00*
Examination Fee (Per Subject) : Rs. 300.00*
· Note service tax applicable 14.50 % for Indian centre only.
