प्रस्तावना / PROLOGUE:

I.   ग्राहक सूचना पत्र का संशोधन - स्वास्थ्य बीमा व्यवसाय में उत्पाद फाइलिंग संबंधी समेकित दिशानिर्देशों दिनांकित 22 जुलाई, 2020

     Revision of Customer Information sheet - Consolidated Guidelines on Product filing in Health Insurance Business dated 22^nd July, 2020

क.  आईआरडीएआई (स्वास्थ्य बीमा) विनियम, 2016 के विनियम 26 में यह अधिदेश दिया गया है कि प्रत्येक पॉलिसीधारक को एक ग्राहक सूचना पत्र (इसके बाद सीआईएस के रूप में संदर्भित) प्रदान किया जाएगा, जैसा कि प्राधिकरण द्वारा उल्लिखित दिशानिर्देशों में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है।

a)   Regulation 26 of IRDAI (Health Insurance) Regulations, 2016 mandates that every policyholder shall be provided with a Customer Information Sheet (herein after referred to as CIS) as specified by the Authority in the captioned Guidelines.

ख.  यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि स्वास्थ्य बीमा पॉलिसी की जानकारी सरल और आसानी से समझने योग्य भाषा में प्रदान की जाती है, ग्राहक सूचना पत्रक पर फिर से विचार करने का प्रस्ताव है।

b)   To ensure that the health insurance policy information is provided in a simple and easily understandable language, it is proposed to revisit the customer information sheet.

II.  उपरोक्त पर एक एक्सपोजर ड्राफ्ट सभी हितधारकों की टिप्पणियों के लिए जारी किया गया है।

     An exposure draft on the above is hereby issued seeking comments of all stakeholders. 

सभी हितधारकों से अनुरोध है कि वे संलग्न एक्सपोजर ड्राफ्ट की समीक्षा करें और 13.09.2023 को या उससे पहले निर्धारित प्रारूप में अपने विचार / टिप्पणियाँ ईमेल आईडी g.rajeshwar@irdai.gov.in पर भेजें।

All stakeholders are requested to review the attached exposure draft  and provide their views / comments in the prescribed format to g.rajeshwar@irdai.gov.in   email id  on or before 13.09.2023.
