IRDAI (Actuarial Report and Abstract) Regulations, 2015
The Insurance Laws (Amendment) Act, 2015 has amended the Insurance Act 1938. This has led to existing Regulations on Actuarial Report and Abstract being defunct.
The draft Regulations on Actuarial Report and Abstract of Life Insurance Business are displayed on the website with a view to invite comments from all concerned.
Annexure I attached herewith gives details on the changes proposed in the draft Regulations. No major changes are proposed as compared with existing Regulations.
Comments on the draft Regulations may be sent to the e mail id “regulations_actlat irda dot gov dot in” latest by 27th November 2015 in the format provided in Annexure II.
Annexure III attached herewith incorporates the forms.
